Fictional Case Study

Challenge:

Employees at Shonfeld had shown an increase in stress levels which was affecting their performance at work. The company was concerned with the amount of non-stop hours employees were working past their regular working schedule. There seemed to be many signs of burnout at work.

Solution:

The first step to take action on self-care and a healthy lifestyle is to identify the root of the problem. This job-aid offered employees the opportunity to self-reflect and identify the signs of burnout at work. It brings the audience's attention to some of the roots of their stress and low work performance. 

Result:

Employees were able to identify many signs of burnout in their work lives and decided to take action towards a healthier one. Employees showed more interests in well-being, such as participating in a 15 min meditation session twice a week and began to increase their performance at work.
